FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Cyclone2X?
A leaf blower attachment that doubles the volume of air your blower moves. It doesn't add power. It moves more air, so you clear a wider path in less time.
Does Cyclone2X make my blower more powerful?
No. Cyclone2X doesn't change your blower's engine, motor or power. It increases air volume.
As air leaves your nozzle, it pulls in outside air through the side openings. This is called the Venturi effect. More air comes out, spread across a wider area. The power still comes from your blower.
Is Cyclone2X compatible with all models of leaf blowers?
It fits round nozzles 2 to 4 inches across, any brand. It doesn't fit square, oval or flat nozzles. Measure your nozzle before you order.
How do I install Cyclone2X on my leaf blower?
- Slide the Cyclone2X onto your blower's nozzle.
- Fit it snug and centered.
- Tighten both straps. If the straps don't hold on your blower, a zip tie or metal hose clamp works too.
- Keep the side openings (windows) clear. That's where the extra air comes in.

Why don't I see a difference with Cyclone2X on my blower?
Check these first:
- What to look for: Cyclone2X adds volume, not power. Expect more air across a wider path, not a harder blast.
- Installation: follow the instructions and keep the side openings (windows) clear so outside air can flow in.
- Fit: it fits round nozzles 2 to 4 inches across. The ECHO PB-9010 does not fit.
- Conditions: the difference can be subtler in some conditions. Try it on wetter or thicker leaves.
- Blower size: blowers of 50 cc / 300 CFM and under show the most visible difference.
